Ritch is the Managing Partner at HELM Investment Group. He is a proven and experienced executive with a passion for helping people and companies reach their potential. With extensive experience in global markets including China, South East Asia, and Europe, he has led a multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded company as CFO and CEO for nearly 20 years. His skills include public markets, acquisitions, operations, international business, investor relations, finance and leadership.
 
Ritch’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University as well as a Masters Degree in Accounting with a Taxation emphasis also from Brigham Young University. He has experience speaking both Italian and French, living in Europe for approximately five years.
 
Ritch loves being with family, participating in sporting events, running and exercise. He and his wife Rebecca have six children and twelve grandchildren.
